It seems as if the plan at Platinum Stars FC is going well for the coach and the players. As matters stand the North West side is really working hard and representing the club at all levels. The team will be taking on Maritzburg United on Sunday at their home ground in Phokeng, and Dikwena will really need to pull through to succeed. With the likes of Ng’ambi, Khumalo, Makudubela, Madubanya, Masenamela and Tshabalala just to name a few, the team will be ready to face Kompela’s side. This is one of the many important games that Dikwena must win at this stage.

“We really need support of the province at this stage. We are not doing it for anyone but for the supporters that always rally behind us and make sure we win our games. I was very happy to see the support at the Swallows game and AmaTuks, it was like we were at home on Wednesday. We won because we received a lot of support. The players have prepared well, we just have to be patient and take it a day at a time. Platinum Stars is a growing brand, support is key” Allan Freese.

The game will be played at the Royal Bafokeng Sports Palace and kick off is at 15:30, and will be live on SuperSport. Tickets will be available on match day and are available from Kedase and local outlets.
