There\'s still pride to play for - Jackson
Though there\'s no way Platinum Stars can progress to the next round of the CAF Confederation Cup, Dikwena players will still give their best.

Caretaker coach Willem Jackson tells that Dikwena players will be playing for pride when they host Mbabane Swallows in their last fixture of the CAF Confederation Cup Group B at the Royal Bafokeng Sports Palace this coming Saturday. Dikwena are at the bottom of the table with two points.

\"Pride is at stake. We are playing for third and fourth position and pride. We will go out there and do our best. We are playing at home so it\'s a must win for us. We want to make the supporters and everybody who is coming to the game happy,\" said Jackson.

\"It will be different ball game. The boys will go out there and also prove that they can win at home. It\'s our last game and we don’t when will we play this tournament again. A win for us will be good. At least one game that we win in this tournament.\"

Dikwena may not have found a place in the next round but players have gained massive experience from a tournament that saw them travel to Algeria, Mozambique, Swaziland, Ivory Coast, Uganda and Tunisia. Jackson reckons the experience will go a long way for the youngsters in the team.

\"It was a good experience for everyone especially the youngsters that were there. The experience that we picked up from traveling, how you prepare and the referees is huge. It’s always difficult playing away. Referees are not on your side. If you are strong enough, you won\'t feel the referees. You will always be prepared. Playing away supporters will always be against you. It\'s not like playing in Durban where you can see a Platinum Stars supporter or you have a Chiefs or Pirates supporter supporting you in a game. When you go out, the whole country is against you. I wish we can have that in South Africa, where people can support a team,\" said Jackson.
